Please Respond – Battle Beach Review

I have sent a couple emails to support, no response. I have played this game for a couple years. Logged on last week and my base was back to day 1. I was about 75% maxed out and now starting over? Why can’t I get some help with this issue? Ridiculous!!! 12/25/19 Still no response.
