TV App produces no sounds! – Pantaya Review

We were excited to watch a movie for Christmas Eve so we decided to download the app on to our Samsung TV. We selected a movie, a commercial came on but once the movie started, no sound was produced. We were able to hear the commercials but not the actual movie. Does anyone have the same issue? No sound system here, is there a setting we are missing?
