Only a few filters and no option of % – Artisto – Video and Photo Editor with Art Filters Review

It’s still very basic, but I really like some of the filters, but the app has no option of adding only 20, 30, 50%(etc) of the filter to the video, plus, you can only apply it to a few seconds. Not available to add the filter to the whole length of the video. I would pay yearly membership.
