Good weather reports and pretty screens... – Living Weather HD Live Review

What's not to like? While it won't show on the lock screen (and I doubt anything can! Apple likely prevents 3rd party lock screens from working), just leave it open and the animated weather display will run until you either close the app or lock your phone manually. Plug it in and you have a pretty time and weather display for as long as you like.
