Loved the game till I lost my previous progress – Battle Warship: Naval Empire Review

I stopped playing the game for a while and finally came back to play again with my Facebook save. Though as I tried, the session kept timing out and I just accepted the fact I lost quite a bit of money thanks to the failure of the game loading. If this can be fixed that would be great or compensated. If either one works
