This app is good for finding Zone prescription (how many blocks you should eat per day). It is easy to enter body measurements. The food entry is VERY difficult. You cannot enter your own foods/nutrients. You choose from a limited food list and you can only enter the weight of your food in grams. The trouble is, the nutrient info this app gives is incorrect. It is VERY DIFFICULT to find nutrient info that matches the foods you choose. Only buy this app if you are looking for an easy zone prescription calculator.
