Clunky, no playback on iPhone – Luma Surveillance Review

DO NOT BUY LUMA — Amateurish at best. First, had the high end Magnolia team from Best Buy set up my cameras, network, network recorder, and LUMA app — so no amateurs here. Second, LUMA app is not super intuitive. The interface looks like it was designed as a high school student’s computer lab project. Third, you can’t playback recorded video on the iPhone. Seriously. You have to go on your computer and use just the right browser. This seems to have been an issue for quite awhile judging from other reviews. The fact that Luma has not figured out how to allow an iPhone to view recorded playback after all this time tells you all you need to know.
