Fun but support is lacking – Zombieland: AFK Survival Review

This game is a blast, it definitely helps pass time. However, had an issue with in game purchase. The first time I heard from anyone about my issue was 2 days... I figured this was because it was Thanksgiving weekend. I responded shortly after I received contact, and here it is 4 days later and haven’t heard anything back. Edit** After receiving a notification on here, I decided to email in everything I had sent in through the game support. That was Dec. 8-9, here it is Dec. 15 and the last I heard was Dec 10 notifying me they were looking into my issue. But I have also received an email asking me to rate my satisfaction. No, I’m not satisfied! Nothing has been rectified. Like I put in my response on that email, they are as bad as the VA. String you along until you get frustrated enough to eventually give up. This is pathetic service and such a shame!
