Where did my Purchase Go? – ElfYourself® Review

I purchased this last year. I went to reinstall and have some fun. Same iTunes Acct / Apple ID. I have a “Restore Purchases” icon on screen but does nothing. All I get is the two free Designs, I don’t even get an opetion to buy anything. Kinda bummed.... any ideas???
