Unreliable - Hit or miss appointments – Zocdoc - Find and book doctors Review

Happened to me twice. I book an appointment, the appointment still shows under my reminders but when I visit the hospital, the front desk said they do not have the appointment. Coincidentally one of my failed visits there was another lady fighting for her appointment as well.
