Unresponsive developer and massive bug – Escape With Words Review

Where is the bug you might ask? When you purchase hints, they don’t take; but you get charged. I confirmed this by looking in my account. Two of three purchases failed to add hints to the count but did not fail to charge me. In my world, we can this theft and fraud. I’ve reached out to the developer three times and have been completely ignored. I’d avoid anything from this company, I suspect the game is posted as some sort of scam.
