Unresponsive App with Paid subscriptions – YouStar: Video Merge & Special Effects for Videos Review

I’ve been trying to open this app since September 2019 and it’s been unresponsive & crashes every time. I tried contacting the developer and nothing as of an attempt to reply I’m paid up until September 2020. It’s not about money but if I can’t get a response I’d like a refund. Personally I don’t think this app is managed anymore.
