Horrible customer service – UNiDAYS: Student Discount App Review

I had Apple Music for a while, using the student discount. I need to re-verify my student eligibility. It continued to say error occurred. I figured this was an issue with Apple. Apple said it was UNiDAYS. So I have attempted to contact them for months now, still no response. I’m still being overcharged ready to cancel. Be aware.
