Seems I’ve lost everything – New Gratitude Journal Review

I’ve been using this app for more than three years with a chronicle of appreciations that spanned a number of family tragedies. Got a new phone yesterday and had to log into the site. No luck. I reset my password because it would not accept it (it was accurate - it was written down). Now when I log in, it shows NO entries. Zero. Not a one. I’ve searched the app and website and it looks as if there is no way to get support to see what happened.
