Suitable for children? – ABC Alphabet GoGo FlashCards Free! Review

I was using this app with my 20-month old daughter. Out of nowhere, an ad pops up saying "Hey sexy, I'm single. Wanna chat? [YES] [NO]". Is this what we want to teach our children?
