Awful rip off and terrible customer service – Easysnap: AI Photo Editor Review

I did not mean to get the premium subscription. The design is sneaky and (from a brief scan of other reviews) tricks you into subscribing. I emailed and reviewed here. Someone finally contacted me, claimed to be fixing it. Now I’m getting an email saying it’s time to renew if I don’t cancel (which I thought had already happened) ou there is NOWHERE to select “cancel subscription” for this one. How is that even legal?
