Can’t Open :( – Insta Shapes - Snap pics & frame photos to silhouette symbol & alter for posts on IG, Fbook, flicker, tagged & tumblr Review

Got really excited there was an app for this, but I downloaded it and every time I click on it, my screen goes back and the app doesn’t open. I deleted and redownloaded twice but it just won’t open.
