Notification rules not followed. – Slickdeals: Deals & Discounts Review

I want notifications for the items I’ve set up deal alerts for ONLY. But I’m still getting “sitewide discount” and other nonsense, even after unchecking front page notifications, forum notifications, etc. They have bad code.
