Poor customer service – AUTODOC: buy quality car parts Review

I had ordered four tires over 20 days until today did not arrived it was 22/11/2019 on the 30th I did call DPD they claim that they did try but no one home but of course no not that they did try to deliver the goods I did ask them 30th of November I can come to there warehouse to pick up my 4 tiers and that was morning they said will prepare the good and will call me until 4 no one called. Than I did called they said it’s to late after 4 than I did arrange for delivery on 4th of December I called DPD morning they said it was returned to sender !!!! I did call AUTODOC spoke to customer service the said they will send to supervisor to deliver again the and will send notification until today nothing happened I did call again and asked for supervisor but again no chance to speak but to hopeless call center and no help but sending again to supervisor. It’s been 20 days since I ordered and paid the 4 tiers . And I have no one to speak to but making Amex to have them return my money back .
