Works but not in 30 days – Six Pack in 30 Days - 6 Pack Review

This app works really well allowing me to get a pretty solid 8 pack in roughly 6 months and decent chest. The only problem is staying motivated havent done it in a while but the app was still amazing and 100% accomplishes your goals if done daily.
