Worst app and worst experience – Hotstar- Live Cricket & Movies Review

Hotstar I have experienced the worst of a viewing experience. I never new that HotStar is running on 80’s technology. I am running the hotstar app on my 6 Series Samsung Smart TV on an 80MBPS line. All i could see in the app is a loading spinner. But you know what surprises me, your so called TECHNICAL service team has asked me to capture a video of my tv screen using my smart phone and send it to them. What AGE are we living ??? I did send this stupid video as well. After that the saga of your customer service started, now for them it looks to be an issue with Samsung TV. Thank God, your executives did not ask me to replace my TV ☺️ I suggest you to add one point in your Customer service training. Please tell your executives and the managers “ DO NOT COMMIT ANYTHING TO CUSTOMER IF YOU CAN NOT FULLFILL THE COMMITMENT”. Absolutely disappointing experience with your customer service. $50 charity from me for the well being of HOTSTAR.
