Cancelled appointment – Zocdoc - Find and book doctors Review

I used zocdoc to schedule an appointment with my doctor. A week before the appointment, I cancelled the appointment using the zocdoc app. The evening before the appointment, I received an appointment reminder from my doctor’s office. When I called to explain that I had cancelled, they told me they had not received notification of the cancellation and I was charged a late cancellation fee. Zocdoc support told me they were sorry this had happened but could offer no assistance in speaking with the doctor’s office or getting my fee reversed.
