Feed Providor – Broadcastify Review

First let’s explain how this works. Broadcastify is a company providing a platform for Feed Providors (like myself) to broadcast our local radio traffic. We are all volunteers. We don’t get any compensation for providing these feeds to you (the listener). Sometimes our computers/scanners malfunction while we are away. Those beeps that you here are actual Morse code identifiers that are broadcast on the airwaves. Broadcastify supports tags, but some of us don’t have scanners capable of this (we buy all of this equipment out of our own funds). I am a volunteer firefighter. I travel for my job and enjoy being able to hear what goes on back home while I am away. I understand that this may be at a slight delay (usually 15 seconds up to 2 minutes depending on network congestion). Go ahead and pay the $2.99 and get the Pro version.
