Complete rip off – SIMPLE Mobile My Account Review

This service seemed promising with its “unlimited” data at first. They claim to slow your data after the allotted 4G speeds, which is reasonable, however this is a lie. I can’t load anything, not even a simple web page. To make matters worse, I was gyped out of 2 days of service thanks to this buggy app. I added a new month card on 12/2 but the service doesn’t begin until 12/3 AND they didn’t give me access to full speed data at midnight as is implied. Their website has very limited information and I can’t find anything about what to expect as Simple Mobile is very unreliable at best.
