No clear way to log into existing account – Dungeon Survivor II: Dark Tide Review

I tried to redownload the game on a new device. There was no option to sign into my old account using my email. Paid a lot of money on the account and I’m very upset that I can’t access it again or I may have deleted it it or which ever of the two. I have reached out to suppose to and still have not gotten any response. This is so infuriating. I tried to
