easy to use – Color Pop Free - Selective Color Splash Effects and Black & White Photography Editor Review

this is super easy to use, just make sure you use the outer edge of the circle for perfect lines. it allows you to resize the pic & the circle - I wish they allowed me to just use my apple pen tho, cuz i cant get in tight spaces (*unless I haven’t found that feature yet) just leaving the review to unlock a feature right now...but, so far, so good
