Good until something goes wrong – Lieferando.de Review

No phone number and no one responds to emails and the supposed real-life delivery tracker is never quite right. I had one order go terribly wrong a couple of weeks ago. Tonight I currently have an order that was placed 90 minutes ago and could not reach anyone, incl the restaurant so I placed an order elsewhere. And...the first restaurant showed up eventually and I had to turn them away. Btw: once they do finally respond to an email, be prepared for a snarky and sarcastic response which will also involve them taking no responsibility. But as mentioned, it is good service until or unless something goes wrong. Update: due to the frustrating experiences I’ve had with them, they issued me a discount code for my next order, which didn’t work...
