Can’t get purchased packs – Typeshift Review

I purchased several packs when first starting this game. They do not show up on the packs list now. Email to the support hasn’t answered my concerns. I enjoy the daily puzzles and the free packs; would give it a higher rating if it worked and I could receive my purchases. It’s been a couple weeks since I first wrote for support. I have not received any communication from Typeshift. Don’t buy any packs or expect any help from the support team. Still have not received any support or info on my purchases. Don’t buy any of the packs!
