Can’t Log Back In... Customer Service AWOL – Tingle Online Dating Review

I purchased the premium 3 months package. When I went to reset my distance settings, I could not get them to take. I logged back out and went back in. I cannot log back in. After paying!!!! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I still cannot log back in. I wrote to support twice. I got no response. They have my money and now I cannot gain access and they choose to ignore me. I can’t even open a help desk ticket on the app as it has grayed out the box to put your email. Frankly, these developers are full of shoot. In fact, all the online reviews of dating sites that include them and read like this is the greatest thing since sliced bread are obviously faked or paid for. This is one of the worst apps I have ever seen. It would be good if it worked. If it were free... I’d be fine. The fact is that they have my pics and profile and I can’t even delete it. This is a huge rip-off. Hey... Apple, App Store ought you delist this app. It is that much of a rip-off. In fact, I think I will write to Apple and complain till it does get pulled. Not a happy camper.
