I need help! – Within VR Review

I just got this app and it downloaded and opened rather fast! But then when I finally decided on a video it asked me to turn my device sideways and when I did so nothing would play... I don’t know if this issue is my phone or the app but this is a big issue! The app looks very VERY interesting but if I can’t watch videos...I don’t see a point in the app
