Scan failure – Texas Lottery Official App Review

Started using this app a couple of years ago for the ticket scan feature. The scan feature did work well and was a five in my book. A couple of months ago the scan portion quit working. Says “failed license activation 0” when I try to use it. I tried contacting them through email to find out why, and I got no reply. App might as well not exist now.
