Great overall – Backgammon PlayGem ­Multiplayer Live Backgammon HD Review

I’ve been playing on this platform for years, whatever happened the last few updates has crippled it. I’ve had it freeze and lost the game and my chips as a result a half dozen times. The frustrating part is I’ve contacted support about it multiple times and have never heard a peep. I’ve spent a lot of $$$ over the years but once it’s gone, so am I. ** update, today I got a note that my support requests had been accidentally archived and they fixed the problem. It took three months but they did make right.
