Terrible customer service and refund policy – Coursera: Grow your career Review

They will steal your money if you let them. I signed up for a seven day free trail, after the seven days my trial would then turn into a subscription and charge me 49.99 a month. On the eighth day I get charged and immediately try to request a refund, but to my surprise they don’t refund subscriptions with free trials and offer little to no explanation why. This is completely unacceptable, almost every service that offers a free trial will let you refund your subscription completely with no questions asked; Apple, Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, etc. I, like most of you, am very busy and tend to forget when exactly I start some of these trials and the fact they don’t take that into consideration is appalling and despondent.
