Do Not Spend Money On This Game – Azur Lane Review

The game itself is fine. It’s reasonably fun, the art is nice, not very P2W, etc. But DO NOT give them money. I bought some gems over a week ago, and didn’t receive them even though my account was billed. I googled it, and it turns out this is a fairly common issue. “Okay,” I thought, “Let’s send an email to their support to see if I can get this fixed.” It’s been a week and they’ve been completely silent. So far as I am aware no human being has ever even seen my email. Play this game if you want, but don’t spend anything because there’s a significant risk you’re not going to get the thing you bought, and the support email will take at least a week (looking more like two or more at this point) to get back to you. Just buy something else instead, save your time and money.
