Doesn’t work – USCHO App Review

The old version worked great. After the app updated it doesn’t work at all. When I start the app, a dark screen with white block letters USCHO appears. That’s all that happens, I have deleted the app and reloaded but it is always the same. Running iOS 13.2 on an iPhone X. The problem is that it doesn’t work with a VPN. It now works well although to use it, I have to downgrade the security of my phone.
