No new cards or backgrounds for years. – Solitaire: Deluxe® Classic Review

I love these games, but feel that Solitaire Deluxe has been completely ignored by the makers for over 3 1/2 years. 2 1/2 years ago I upgraded from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 7, and hoped at last that the rewards store would be updated. Instead, I lost all the cards & backgrounds I had, earned back what I could, but some were gone forever. Occasionally I get a message that the store has been updated, but it HAS NOT! Also why do some cards & backgrounds require cash, when the whole point is to spin & win credits on the games? Very disappointing... Mobile Deluxe Help has done absolutely nothing. It appears to be an unmanned, empty forum. Is the game just running on automation now?
