Can’t use coins – Brothers in Arms® 3 Review

I purchased coins and cannot even use them. Each time I log-in, I get a message saying that I will lose everything due to accessing the platform from another device. The said device was wiped and no longer has the game. I gave it to my kid. I’m disappointed that this has gone on like this. I have a ticket for support who thinks they’ve fixed the problem. It’s not fixed!
