The usage badge is gone, support seems non-existent – Data Usage Pro Review

The badge stopped working, making the app pretty useless. And when you click on the link for support, it takes you to an expired webpage...Worked well before that. I deleted and re-downloaded, all my saved settings were gone, but the badge still does not show up.
