Haven’t been able to get it to work. – Power Thesaurus Review

I have an iPad Air 2 running iOS 12.4.2 and every time I try to open the app it says “oops, connection lost” but I am on stable WiFi. Is my device not supported, or I am just doing something wrong? I have tried restarting my device and reconnecting to the WiFi but neither of those things worked. Thanks.
