Long time app user very frustrated – Solitaire: Deluxe® Classic Review

I have been using this app for about 10 years and I love it. I have spent many hours relaxing with on of the 16 game varieties in the app. So why the poor rating? About two months ago I upgraded my 2nd gen 12.9” iPad Pro to the 12.9” 2018 iPad Pro. Everything else works great on the new iPad, but Solitaire Deluxe just flashes on the screen and disappears when I launch the app. I downloaded and tried Solitaire Deluxe 2 from Mobile Deluxe with the same result. I emailed their support team on March 24th and have never even received an acknowledgement. I will very happily change this rating if/when Mobile Deluxe gets the app running correctly on the new iPad Pro. Until then, avoid these apps if using this device and iOS 12.2. *Note: the app seems to work correctly on all other iPhone and iPad models that I have tried. I am shocked that this problem exists on such a premium device.
