Winter 19/20 is a step backwards! – INSIDE LAAX Review

I find this new version much less easy to navigate! For some reason the opening screen is dominated by a map with no obvious purpose. And, one of the most convenient features, on-line ordering of food and drinks in bars and restaurants has disappeared. Finally, although my lift season ticket is stored in the app I’m not able to scan through the lift barriers using my iPhone - a real missed opportunity these days! All very disappointing, hence 3 stars and not 5 as before!
