The update deleted all my work and purchases – Magic Poser - Art Pose Tool Review

I loved the heck out of this app... till I updated it. I tried to used the purchase recovery option but nothing happens. All my scenes are gone and I only have access to some models in the swap option. My go to models are the 1st gen male and 1st gen female, but nothing i has bought in the assets store is responding. I sent an email and I hope It can be sorted out.
