annoying ad ticker within application – Best Battery Themes Lite Review

every time i start the app there is an annoying ad ticker just above the menu which is NOT shown in the screen caps above! i've submitted the question to the developer about how to get RID OF THE ADS and will update my review upon resolution of the problem.
