Doesn’t work. – Evo by Ozobot Review

App is telling us that the Bluetooth isn’t turned on, but it is. Tried turning it off and back on, tried reinstalling the app... nothing works. I’m able to connect to other Bluetooth devices just fine. Using an iPad Air 2 so that shouldn’t be the issue. My daughter is pretty upset.
