Won't actually download any files via SFTP -> iCloud Drive on my iPad Pro 12.9 (3rd Gen) – iTransfer - File Transfer Tool Review

I see the file after connecting to my server, but the file simply won't download. I tried tar.gz, .zip, and .txt nada doesn't work, worthless. I want a refund!
