Terrible – SIMPLE Mobile My Account Review

I email, call them, and even visit them. They don't want to help me with my phone bill, and they shove me off. The app is just terrible i cant even open it because its always down. This is why At&T brings in more people more money than a mobile team named simple mobile. I cant even upgrade my phone because they don't want to help me because of the bad review i just give them.
