Great game... but – SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI D×２ Review

I love the franchise and when this game came out I was so hyped. To this date I enter daily to get my rewards and was so happy using the ar scanner and seeing the demons in 3D. I changed devices and truly forgot about seeing if there was a way to back up the account. I downloaded the game to my new device and when I find time to enter and play my account I just couldn’t find a way. It wasn’t register on fb and I didn’t have the account and transfer number because I gave on trade in my old device so there was no a way to find that info. I contacted customer service and all the questions they ask to recover account are in game questions. Not questions like your email, full name, phone number or anything more personal that I can give in order for them to find my account. I’m really not mad at the devs it’s only that I can’t stop feeling disappointed that maybe if the transfer data part was better advertised in game like for example clash royale when they introduced the supercell account which was presented when you entered the game after the update and pretty actively presented you the option and let you know that you could potentially lose you account if something happened to your device. So please if anyone read this review , what I’m just trying to say is please just PLEASE take a screenshot of your account number, transfer ID or register the game to your Facebook account to avoid this unfortunate event. I’m really sad that I lost my account after all the time invested and that I can’t remember the only info they actually ask to recover your account. Thanks for reading.
