It’s P2P or you can’t compete. – Battle Warship: Naval Empire Review

Unless you are literally willing to spend 10k in usd, don’t play the game. The developers put absolutely zero safeguards in place and reward big spenders to the point most people quit the server. It’s okay though, the developers roll out a new server weekly so if you are willing to spend you can dominate.
