Disappointed – Vopium - FREE CALL - Cheap International Calls! Review

So it had like 3 stars, so I thought it would be pretty good, so I read the reviews and they were all pretty good, so I downloaded it, and when I was signing up it said "sorry,but we're having technical difficulties, please try again later" so I did and they still kept saying that!! It's annoying!
