Request error: error socket hang up – BitPay - Bitcoin Wallet & Card Review

I’ve got this message last night after making a few satisfied transactions. Can developers explain to me please? I still have money in my account. And I can’t update my balance and reload transactions history. I will give this app a big 5 stars if my problem can be resolved
